A Glass of Wine with the Artist is a performance by Virginia Arribas and Sylvain Chauveau: we simply invite an artist we like (poet, painter, musician, film director, dancer, etc) to have a drink with us in a bar. Then we ask them to sign a handwritten document to certify we did it.
